Community Health and Development Foundation (CHADF)

Overview

Community Health and Development Foundation is a non-governmental organization based in Ilemela-Mwanza region, with a reach extending across all mainland regions of Tanzania. Established in accordance with the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, No. 24 of 2002, our organization operates nationally, addressing the critical intersections of community health and economic development.

We are registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Our headquarters are situated at Buyombe-Maduka Manne Street in Ilemela District, Mwanza Region. Additionally, we maintain a small office in Nyamagana Bugando, Mwanza, with our primary contact address being P.O. Box 476, Mwanza.
